Fleet Regulators is a US-based trucking compliance consultancy helping fleet owners and trucking companies stay DOT and FMCSA compliant. We save our clients up to $15,370/month by managing their safety and compliance programs end-to-end.
About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Sales Setter at ₹15,000/month base pay. On top of your base, you earn a 10% one-time commission on the first month's contract value for every client you help bring in.
For example, if you book a lead that closes into a ₹50,000/month compliance contract, you earn ₹5,000 as a one-time commission on top of your base pay.
Based on strong performance over the course of 3 months, the compensation structure will be reviewed and revised to be more rewarding.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to inbound leads and pre-generated leads provided by us
- Start conversations via DMs, text, and phone calls
- Ask the right questions to understand what each lead needs
- Book qualified leads onto sales calls with our closing team
- Follow up with leads who didn't book on first contact
- Track all conversations in the CRM
- Report on common objections and lead feedback
Daily Targets
- 50–100+ outreach contacts per day
- 3–5 qualified sales calls booked per day
- 70%+ show rate on booked calls
- Respond to new leads within 5 minutes during working hours
Who We're Looking For
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working US CST business hours
- Self-driven with strong follow-up habits
- Experience with a CRM is a plus
- Background in trucking, logistics, or B2B is a plus but not required
