About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Photogrammetry Specialist with strong expertise in photogrammetric processing and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of geospatial deliverables. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining project quality standards, and delivering high-precision mapping outputs.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotogrammetry
- Process aerial, drone, and satellite imagery to generate high-quality geospatial outputs.
- Perform aerial triangulation, bundle adjustment, orthorectification, and DEM/DSM generation.
- Generate orthomosaics, contour maps, digital terrain models, and 3D models.
- Process and validate large geospatial datasets while adhering to project timelines.
- Coordinate with GIS, Survey, and Mapping teams for seamless project execution.
QA/QC Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Quality Assurance and Quality Control checks on photogrammetric outputs.
- Verify positional accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Review orthomosaics, DEMs, DSMs, point clouds, and vector deliverables for errors and discrepancies.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists, and standard operating processes.
- Identify data anomalies, processing errors, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure deliverables meet client quality standards and industry best practices.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain proper documentation of quality assessments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Photogrammetry and Geospatial data processing.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Pix4D
- Agisoft Metashape
- Bentley ContextCapture
- ArcGIS / QGIS
- Global Mapper
- AutoCAD (Preferred)
- Good understanding of coordinate systems, projections, georeferencing, and accuracy standards.
- Experience in UAV/Drone mapping projects and large-scale mapping assignments.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies in geospatial projects.
- Exposure to LiDAR data processing will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics, Geoinformatics, Geography, Remote Sensing, Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or related disciplines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Photogrammetry with QA/QC exposure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 10 days will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
