Job Title: QC Lab Chemist – CED Coating
Plant Location: Supa MIDC, Maharashtra
Department: Quality Control
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QC Lab Chemist for our CED Coating Plant. The candidate will be responsible for testing, monitoring, and maintaining quality standards of chemicals, paint baths, and coating processes in the laboratory and production area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine chemical analysis and laboratory testing
- Monitor CED paint bath parameters and chemical composition
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Check coating thickness, adhesion, pH, conductivity, and salt spray testing
- Handle laboratory instruments and testing equipment
- Ensure product quality as per customer specifications
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
- Maintain safety and housekeeping in laboratory area
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CED coating process
- Understanding of QC tools and laboratory testing
- Basic knowledge of ISO/IATF quality standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Qualification:
Experience:
- Fresher / 1–3 Years experience in Paint, Chemical, Coating, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
