Job Summary
The SEO Executive is responsible for improving the online visibility of the company's steel fabrication and construction services through effective search engine optimization strategies. The role focuses on increasing organic website traffic, generating qualified leads, optimizing service pages, and strengthening the company's digital presence in the construction and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research related to steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB buildings, industrial construction, civil construction, and related services.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service content for search engines.
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content in collaboration with the marketing and technical teams.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website performance and user experience.
- Develop ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and lead generation performance.
- Analyze competitors in the steel fabrication and construction industry and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with website developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO to improve regional search visibility.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role. Candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors are preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of local SEO and B2B lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SEO for construction, engineering, steel fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial businesses.
- Knowledge of content marketing, blog writing, and SEO copywriting.
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and social media marketing.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
