Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while supporting the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
- Organizational and follow-up skills
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MBA (HR) preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in bulk hiring, consultancy recruitment, or corporate recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and HRMS software
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
