- Customer Experience & Satisfaction– Delivering superior customer service that increases loyalty, repeat business, and referrals, thereby indirectly boosting revenue.
- Team Performance & Productivity– Leading and motivating the service team to achieve revenuerelated goals while improving efficiency and accountability.
- New Service Offerings &Innovation– Developing and launching innovative service solutions that create additional revenue streams and differentiate the company from competitors.
- Reporting & Forecasting– Providing accurate service revenue forecasts, tracking KPIs, and presenting actionable insights to management for business growth.
- CCF Operation- Ensuring efficient handle of customer queries, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service quality standards.
Pay: ₹66,667.00 - ₹83,333.00 per month
