JAWA Two-Wheeler Service Manager
Location: Salem
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily JAWA service centre operations.
- Supervise technicians and service advisors.
- Monitor job cards, service quality, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workshop productivity, spare parts, and service targets.
- Maintain service records and submit reports to Management.
Requirements
- Experience in two-wheeler service/workshop management.
- Good technical, team-handling, and customer communication skills.
- JAWA or premium two-wheeler experience preferred.
