Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BFSI Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to students and job seekers aspiring to build careers in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. The trainer will be responsible for classroom training, practical learning, assessments, employability skills, and preparing candidates for placement opportunities in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) concepts.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions using presentations, case studies, role plays, group discussions and practical activities.
- Train candidates on:
- Banking products and services
- Savings/current accounts and deposits
- Loans and advances
- KYC, AML and basic banking compliance
- Digital banking and payment systems
- Insurance products and processes
- Financial literacy and basic financial planning
- Customer service and relationship management
- Sales and cross-selling techniques
- Basic financial products and terminology
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, quizzes and practical exercises.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, mock interviews and skill evaluations.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, performance and learning progress.
- Provide individual feedback and additional support to learners who require improvement.
- Prepare students for BFSI recruitment processes, including aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews and sales/customer-service roles.
- Conduct employability and soft-skills sessions, including communication, professional etiquette and workplace behaviour.
- Coordinate with the placement team to understand employer requirements and align training accordingly.
- Maintain training records, assessment reports and other required documentation.
- Keep updated with current developments in the banking, finance, insurance and fintech sectors.
- Participate in workshops, career counselling sessions, placement drives and other centre activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Management, Economics or a related discipline
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
