Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Stenographer to provide secretarial and administrative support to the management team. The candidate should have excellent shorthand, typing, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe accurately into written documents.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, emails, meeting minutes, and official documents.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents properly.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication professionally.
- Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Maintain office records and ensure timely documentation.
- Support administrative and clerical activities as required.
- Follow up with internal departments and external parties on behalf of management.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Required Skills:
- Good shorthand and typing speed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and confidentiality handling.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Stenography or Secretarial Practice.
- Certification in shorthand and typing preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
