Key Responsibilities – CRM – Real Estate (Post Sales & Acquisition)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to handle post-sales coordination, member relations, and acquisition support in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer/member relationships and handle queries, agreements, payments, possession, and documentation.
* Coordinate with brokers, landowners, legal, finance, sales, and project teams.
* Maintain CRM records, MIS reports, and documentation status updates.
* Assist in property acquisition, due diligence, and redevelopment coordination.
* Ensure timely processing of rent disbursal, NOCs, allotment letters, and other member entitlements.
* Track project milestones and ensure compliance with RERA, MOFA, and society norms.
Required Skills
* Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM handling, and reporting.
* Basic understanding of real estate documentation and processes.
* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per week
