REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

1. Expertise in Autodesk Inventor 3D Modelling & Drafting, AutoCAD, Steel Structure detailing.
2.Knowledge of Bolted steel structure 3D modelling
3.Expertise in sheet metal design.
4. Knowledge of Welding & its symbols
Knowledge of HVAC, MS Office 360, ERP, GD&T.
Knowledge of ilogic and parametric modelling in Autodesk Inventor.
Ability to read & understand structure design reports.

Communication with internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

8. Raise NCR for process deviation by others.
9. Close NCR with CAPA & Why-Why analysis, raised on Design.
10. General Arrangement / Assembly / foundation drawings creation / Electrical Drawings.
11. Preliminary BOM preparation.
12. Concurrence with other departments for issue resolution.
13. Workshop drawing creation, revision & release.
14. Item code creation in ERP
15. Final ERP BOM creation & release
16. Documentation Monitoring & review
17. Standardization & Updating Work Instructions
18. Preparation of Installation, operation & Maintenance (IOM) manual.
19. Creation of DOP (Declaration of performance)
20. Independent Project Handling
21. Follow established quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures.
22. Participate in training and maintain awareness of their impact.
23. Report nonconformities, hazards, unsafe acts, or environmental concerns.
24. Use PPE and ensure safe work practices.
