Roles & Responsibilities:
Assistant Account Manager (Hotel Operations)
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the hotel unit.
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, bills, and transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Reconcile daily revenue, bookings, and payment reports.
- Coordinate with the front office and reservations team for billing accuracy.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
- Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation
- Work closely with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Preferred Candidate Profile Senior Account Executive
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the hotel & Restaurant industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, billing, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in IDSsoftware; MS Excel, and accounting software (Tally or similar)
- Understanding of hotel PMS and revenue reports is an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com. or related)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
