Job Description
Business Development Engineer to support in marketing and selling the products & services, and project execution that our customers have grown to rely on. The He/she will have a good understanding of the gas /chemical installations, sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships with partners and employees, closing deals, manage execution, with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, he/she must be personable and professional.
Objectives of this Role
· Represent our company’s products and services in India, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
· Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics and support onsite sales team.
· Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
· Develop and implement project sales and execution action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Responsibilities
· Analyse market opportunities and develop new customers for the company’s product and services in Singapore and Asia.
· Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
· Assist in managing company overall documentations including procurement, vendor payment, cash flow, overall project progress tracking and employee benefits.
· Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
· Actively make social media content to promote company products and branding.
· Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
· Ensure the projects are delivered on time , on budget and without any safety and quality issues.
· Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
· Coordinate with vendors, other employees and partners to develop new products and services to offer turn key solutions to customer. Ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
· Ensure the entire business activities comply to ISO and other company’s procedures, local regulatory requirements and governance. Develop new company procedures and maintain the documents for ISO audits.
· Develop and manage other documents and requirements for the day-to-day operations like RA, MOS, project quality and execution plans etc.
· Meet company sales and project execution targets in Singapore and Asia.
· Any other jobs required to support the company growth in India

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
