Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) processes and SAP EHS solutions.
The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP EHS solutions, supporting implementation activities, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and workplace safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety.
- Configure and support SAP EHS solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on Incident Management, including accidents, near-misses, safety observations, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Support Occupational Health processes such as medical surveillance, fitness-for-duty, and exposure tracking.
- Work on Product Safety & Stewardship, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical compliance.
- Support Environment Management, including emissions, waste management, and environmental compliance.
- Work with Dangerous Goods and Waste Management processes.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements across different regions.
- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- Conduct functional testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
- Provide user training and production support when required.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EHS.
- Good understanding of Environment, Health & Safety business processes.
- Experience in SAP EHS configuration and functional support.
- Knowledge of Incident Management and Occupational Health.
- Experience with Product Safety / Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Knowledge of Environmental Management, Dangerous Goods, and Waste Management.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Good understanding of SAP integration with other functional areas.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS.
- Knowledge of REACH and other chemical/environmental regulations.
- Experience with ESG / sustainability reporting.
- Exposure to SAP MM, SD, PP, or other cross-functional integrations.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation or migration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced SAP EHS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on knowledge of Incident Management, Occupational Health, Product Safety, Environment Management, Dangerous Goods, and Waste Management, along with SAP configuration, integration, testing, and implementation experience.
Pay: ₹442,378.02 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
