We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to manage and monitor costs across hotel operations, with a strong focus on food, beverage, and operating supplies. The successful candidate will ensure effective cost control, accurate inventory management, and compliance with hotel policies to support profitability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and operating supply costs
- Verify purchase orders, goods received notes, and supplier invoices
- Conduct regular and month-end physical inventory counts
- Maintain and update recipe costing, menu costing, and selling prices
- Assist the Finance team during internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel cost control procedures and inventory management
