Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Masterfully prepare, cook, and plate a wide variety of Continental dishes (such as pastas, grills, salads, and desserts) while ensuring consistent taste and portion control. [1, 2]
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and refine menus, keeping them fresh, seasonal, and aligned with customer preferences. [1, 2]
- Inventory Management: Monitor food stock, place supply orders, and minimize waste to guarantee cost-efficient operations. [1]
- Quality Control: Inspect ingredients for freshness and rigorously ensure all prepared dishes meet the restaurant's standards before they leave the kitchen. [1, 2]
