Marketing Executive – Mall Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support business development, events, and promotional activities within the mall. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing footfall, identifying and onboarding new tenants, executing events, and strengthening the mall’s presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business partners/tenants for mall spaces
- Coordinate discussions and documentation for leasing
- Plan and execute mall events & marketing campaigns
- Work with vendors/agencies for event execution
- Develop marketing strategies to increase footfall
- Track market trends & competitor activities
- Prepare reports on marketing and leasing activities
- Support digital & offline promotions
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Experience in mall/retail marketing preferred
- Experience in event planning and vendor management
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays during events and promotions
