- Responsibilities - Responsible for administration of nursing programs by providing managerial skills needed in directing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating nursing care and the delivery of safe and patient centric care.
- Ensure professional nursing care according to established standards and procedures.
- Documentations and data management in overall nursing care, timely MIS generation.
- Ensures that comprehensive care is given to each patient and evaluates the services rendered
- Inter-department co-ordination for services.
- Developing policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of a Hospital Information System
- Mandatory registration
- Assists in allocating nursing personnel’s to various nursing services departments.
- Takes regular hospital rounds / meeting patients to identify the satisfaction level regarding nursing care.
- Ensures that arrangements are made to assign nurses in emergencies wherever they occur.
