Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service and support through calls, emails, and chats. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Center Operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
Required Skills

- Good listening and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Support Operations.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
