Sales Development Representative | Remote | USD Salary

Own the full sales cycle $1,000 month + Commission for every Placement / Close

We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our remote staffing and talent placement agency.
You will own the complete sales process—from prospecting and outreach to discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing new clients. You will work directly with founders, COOs, Heads of Talent, and hiring managers across the US market.
This role is only for candidates who have previously worked in full-cycle sales at a remote staffing agency or talent placement company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify companies that need remote talent.
- Build relationships with founders, COOs, Heads of Talent, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently:
- Prospecting
- Cold outreach
- Appointment setting
- Discovery calls
- Proposal creation
- Follow-ups
- Closing
- Understand each client’s hiring needs and position our staffing solutions accordingly.
- Manage your own pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and deal stages consistently.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for:
- Meetings booked
- Proposals sent
- Deals closed
- Work closely with the recruitment and operations team to ensure a smooth client handover after closing.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Share market feedback to improve our positioning, pricing, and service offering.
Non-Negotiable
- Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience at a remote staffing agency or talent placement company.
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals.
- Experience owning the entire sales process independently.
- Comfortable selling to founders, COOs, and senior decision-makers.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and self-driven.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Experience using outreach tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
