Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, invitations, certificates, standees, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Create visual content for social media, websites, digital displays, WhatsApp communications, and email campaigns.
- Develop designs for academic programs, conferences, CME programs, workshops, seminars, awareness campaigns, and institutional events.
- Prepare creative materials for hospital services, health awareness programs, admissions, courses, and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, hospital, HR, admissions, and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure all medical terminology, names, dates, statistics, logos, and other content are accurately represented before publication.
- Maintain consistency with the institution’s brand guidelines, logo usage, colours, fonts, and visual identity.
- Edit photographs and videos as required for institutional communication and social media.
- Create infographics, charts, illustrations, and other visual materials for academic and public-awareness purposes.
- Support event branding, including stage backdrops, directional signage, registration counters, certificates, badges, and digital screens.
- Maintain an organised library of design files, photographs, templates, logos, and other creative assets.
- Coordinate with external printing agencies and vendors and ensure print quality and specifications are maintained.
- Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines, particularly for time-sensitive academic and hospital events.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital content formats, and relevant design tools.
echnical Skills
Proficiency in relevant design software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- CorelDRAW, where required
- Basic video-editing and motion-graphics skills will be an advantage.
