QA/QC Engineer – Interior Design / Fit-Out
Salary: 144000–157000per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for interior fit-out projects.
- Inspect joinery, finishes, ceilings, wall cladding, and wet areas.
- Identify snags, defects, and workmanship issues.
- Coordinate with project teams to rectify quality issues.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review installation quality of joinery, stone, tiles, and specialty finishes.
- Monitor site readiness for testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintain QA/QC checklists and snag reports.
- Attend client and consultant inspections.
- Coordinate with MEP and specialist contractors.
- Support project close-out and final handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, finishing works, and material coordination.
- Experience in snagging, handover, and QA/QC procedures.
- Ability to read shop drawings and IFC drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Experience with hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Knowledge of premium materials and luxury fit-out standards.
- Experience with saunas, steam rooms, hammams, pools, and spa facilities.
- Understanding of waterproofing, insulation, and specialty finishes.
- Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹157,000.00 per month
