Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager with a mandatory pharmacy background (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) to lead our regional sales operations. You will manage a field team, drive revenue growth, and expand our network of retail, hospital, and wholesale pharmacy accounts by leveraging both your commercial acumen and technical pharmaceutical knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in pharma sales, with 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, data analysis (CRM/Excel), and territory management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
What We Offer
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
