Job Summary
The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that supports the company's marketing objectives and strengthens brand awareness. This role involves developing engaging content for digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving audience engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to create relevant content.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and digital marketing performance.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, Copywriting , or digital marketing.
- Experience creating content for multiple digital platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content performance analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, or similar platforms is an advantage.
