Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle room reservations and guest inquiries.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk operations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
- Maintain guest records and billing accurately.
- Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure reception area is clean and well maintained.
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma in Hospitality preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS software.
- Positive attitude and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
