Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Arrange and conduct site visits with potential buyers
- Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales
- Maintain client database and update CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing ability
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate market
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales
Salary:
- Fixed salary + Attractive incentives
Location: Jhangirpura , Surat
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
