About the Role
MIFE HR Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Recruitment & Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our staffing and recruitment solutions across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for Recruitment & Staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Teams, Procurement Heads, and CXOs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure excellent client service and fulfillment.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Drive account management, client retention, and business expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience in Recruitment & Staffing.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, RPO, and Workforce Solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage key client accounts.
