- About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Strategist to lead our overall sales and marketing function. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and maximize project performance. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, consumer behavior, and evolving industry trends, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
The role requires close collaboration with senior management, sales teams, channel partners, and marketing agencies to ensure all business initiatives are aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the overall Sales and Marketing function, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives and revenue targets.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
* Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend business strategies.
* Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project positioning, pricing, product planning, and go-to-market strategies.
* Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with market trends, customer requirements, project objectives, and business goals.
* Develop project-specific marketing plans, including branding, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, events, public relations, and lead generation initiatives.
* Collaborate with management to formulate sales strategies, pricing approaches, launch plans, promotional offers, and customer acquisition initiatives.
* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation, conversion ratios, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
* Monitor and optimize marketing budgets by implementing effective cost-control measures while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
* Evaluate campaign performance using key marketing and sales metrics and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
* Coordinate with creative agencies, digital marketing partners, media agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
* Develop brand positioning strategies that enhance the company's market presence and competitive advantage.
* Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on market intelligence, campaign performance, sales trends, and strategic recommendations.
* Identify emerging technologies, digital platforms, and innovative marketing techniques to strengthen customer engagement and business growth.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all marketing channels and customer touch points.
* Support product launches, broker engagement activities, customer events, and promotional campaigns to maximize project visibility and sales performance.
* Mentor and guide the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- What We're Looking For !
We are seeking a strategic professional with 8–12 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry, including proven experience in developing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful project launches.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, pricing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and sales planning. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes will be highly valued.
- Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, analytic platforms, and Microsoft Office.
* Experience working with real estate developers, marketing agencies, and channel partner networks will be an added advantage.
