Job Summary
1. Effectively answer/transfer phone calls with necessary response: on time and without error.
2. Maintain healthy guest relations : greet officials/visitors/guests with an amicable approach.
3. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person or on the phone.
4. Assist in keeping the reception area neat, clean and tidy.
5. To maintain record of all Visitors/extensions/phone calls.
6. Accurately maintain record of stock/ inventory.
