Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive corporate business for our travel company. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and promoting business travel solutions including Flight Bookings, Hotel Reservations, Visa Assistance, Airport Transfers, MICE, and Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new corporate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and field visits
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for business travel requirements.
Promote corporate travel services such as domestic & international flight bookings, hotel bookings, visa services, airport transfers, MICE, and corporate holiday packages.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and corporate agreements.
Fix meetings with HR, Admin, Procurement, and decision-makers of companies.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily lead and meeting reports.
Coordinate with the senior sales team for client meetings and hand over qualified leads.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Required Skills
Strong B2B Corporate Sales experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of Corporate Travel, MICE, Hotel Bookings, Flight Reservations, and Travel Management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Qualification: Any Graduate
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
6 Month to –2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or the Travel Industry.
Experience in Corporate Travel, Travel Management Company (TMC), MICE, or Hospitality will be preferred.
