About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operations Executive to support our growing presence across multiple online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, product catalogs, Excel, and e-commerce operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth product listings, catalog maintenance, and day-to-day marketplace operations while learning the end-to-end functioning of leading e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Maintain product catalogs and update listing information.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
- Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets (Case Logs).
- Resolve listing errors, PMRs, and catalog-related issues.
- Upload pricing, discounts, and promotional offers as instructed.
- Maintain marketplace reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and catalog updates.
- Ensure marketplace listings comply with platform guidelines.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
- Comfortable working with multiple portals simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
