Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Trainee to join our hotel’s engineering team. The trainee will assist in maintaining the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair work across the hotel premises
- Support senior technicians in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
- Help maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Follow safety procedures and hotel policies at all times
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
