Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients suffering from kidney-related diseases and disorders.
- Manage chronic kidney disease (CKD), acute kidney injury (AKI), hypertension, electrolyte imbalance, and dialysis patients.
- Conduct patient assessment, clinical examination, and review diagnostic reports.
- Prescribe medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care as per clinical protocols.
- Supervise and monitor hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
- Coordinate with ICU, emergency, and other departments for critical patient management.
- Maintain proper medical records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
- Guide nursing staff and dialysis technicians regarding patient care and infection control practices.
- Attend emergency calls and manage nephrology-related emergencies promptly.
- Participate in clinical rounds, departmental meetings, audits, and NABH compliance activities.
- Counsel patients and relatives regarding kidney disease management, dialysis, and preventive care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, ethical medical practices, and patient safety standards.
- Support training programs, CMEs, and academic activities within the hospital.
- Monitor biomedical waste management and infection prevention protocols in the department.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by hospital management or Medical Superintendent.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
