- Monitor client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage client onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring compliance in all client interactions and transactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
