Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Developer who specializes in advanced customization, API development, and performance optimization.
This role is for developers who can build scalable eCommerce systems, not just manage themes—someone who understands Shopify’s modern architecture (CLI, APIs, Headless) and can significantly improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize Shopify stores, themes, and apps from scratch
- Implement advanced Shopify customizations using Liquid, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Develop and manage API integrations with third-party systems:
- Payment Gateway: Razorpay
- Shipping: DHL
- CRM: Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Work extensively with Shopify CLI, Storefront API, Admin API, and Webhooks
- Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) across storefronts
- Improve page load performance, rendering efficiency, and UX responsiveness
- Implement best practices for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Collaborate with SEO/PPC teams to build performance-driven landing pages
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance bottlenecks
Core Skill Requirements (Must-Have)
- Strong expertise in Shopify customization (Liquid, JS, theme architecture)
- Proven experience in API development & third-party integrations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify CLI and latest platform updates
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals & site speed optimization techniques
- Lazy loading, code splitting, asset optimization, CDN usage, etc.
- Experience with D2C / Indian eCommerce ecosystem
- Ability to build custom solutions (not just app-based implementations)
- Good understanding of CRO, SEO fundamentals, and performance metrics
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with Headless Commerce (Hydrogen / React storefronts)
- Exposure to WordPress (for integrated ecosystems)
- Familiarity with AI tools for development & automation
- Shopify certifications (nice to have)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
