Experience Required:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in supermarket / retail sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer sales and billing activities at the counter
- Assist customers in product selection and inquiries
- Maintain proper product display and merchandising
- Ensure shelves are filled and products are arranged properly
- Follow FIFO and expiry checking procedures
- Support stock checking and inventory activities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store area
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Coordinate with store team for smooth daily operations
- Achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic billing/POS knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of supermarket operations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
