- Sales & Upselling: Actively engaging with customers to drive sales and enhance product recommendations.

- Leadership & Training: Leading by example, providing guidance, and training team members to ensure service excellence.
- Advanced Guest Service: Handling complex guest requests and resolving issues to guarantee complete satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining operations to optimize resource use and enhance service delivery.
- Inventory & Supplier Management: Ensuring stock levels are maintained and liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Driving sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Quality Control: Ensuring consistency in product/service quality, in line with brand standards.
- Compliance & Safety Leadership: Taking a proactive role in ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
