Summary:
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead technical designs across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and SecOps modules. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectural blueprints.
Technical Leadership & Consultation: Act as expert advisor on platform capabilities, providing strategic guidance on technology-to-business alignment.
Platform Governance: Ensure architectural standards, security protocols, and best practices are maintained across all implementations.
Integration Strategy: Design and oversee integration patterns with external systems and third-party applications.
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions that align with their business goals. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also enhance the overall value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and positioned for successful implementation, thereby supporting the client s business case effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices related to IT service management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
