About Position:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices, modern front-end frameworks, and Azure cloud services. You will drive the adoption of DevOps practices, containerization, AI-powered solutions, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures to deliver innovative business solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high-performance applications.

Design and implement scalable database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes (AKS).

Design and implement cloud-native and event-driven architectures.

Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

Integrate enterprise data sources with AI solutions for intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, and conversational experiences.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and scalability following industry best practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java Microservices, cloud technologies, modern UI frameworks, DevOps practices, and Generative AI technologies.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Development.
-
Strong experience in ReactJS and/or AngularJS for front-end application development.
-
Expertise in developing REST APIs and distributed systems.
-
Hands-on experience with SQL databases, database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
-
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
-
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
-
Hands-on expertise with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS).
-
Experience with API gateways, service discovery, monitoring, and logging solutions.
-
Familiarity with cloud security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, or similar platforms.

Experience designing and implementing RAG-based applications using vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge repositories.

Understanding of prompt engineering, AI application architecture, and model integration patterns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in Agile environments.
