Job Requirements:
- Proactively find and pursue new leads through phone, research, and social media
- Effectively follow up with interested prospects to close deals
- Participate in events and trade shows globally
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Share insights and best practices with the team
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent English communication skills
- 1-3 years of sales experience (cold calling, emailing, cold outreach)
- No specific education required, but must be adaptable and resourceful
- Can think quickly and adjust strategies to engage customers and drive discussions
