About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer Intern to join our development team. The candidate will work closely with experienced developers to build, maintain, and improve Java-based applications while gaining hands-on experience in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Assist in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Work with databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members on project requirements.
- Follow coding standards, development practices, and version-control processes.
- Learn and implement software development best practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Spring Boot.
- Basic knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts.
- Understanding of Java Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA.
- Basic understanding of Maven/Gradle.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA/BCA or a related degree in Computer Science/IT.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students with good Java fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
