- Preparation of authentic South Indian dishes including Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambhar, Chutneys, etc.
- Maintaining taste consistency and food quality standards
- Ensuring hygiene and kitchen cleanliness as per SOPs
- Managing food preparation and timely service during operational hours
- Coordination with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
- Proper storage and handling of food ingredients
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
