Key responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and Demand Gen.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, ROAS, and overall performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams for high-quality assets.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
