We are seeking a hands-on and innovative resource responsible for designing, developing, and assembling electronics kits used in student and educator training programs. The role involves creating learning-focused hardware kits, supporting STEM curriculum delivery, and ensuring kits are functional, safe, and aligned with training outcomes in electronics, IoT, and embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop electronics kits for school students and educators
· Ensure kits align with learning objectives in electronics, coding, and IoT & AI.
· Assemble prototype kits and final production kits.
· Test functionality of circuits, modules, and integrated systems before deployment.
· Troubleshoot faulty components and ensure quality assurance.
· Maintain documentation for wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
· Design curriculum & develop learning content
· Ensure kits support hands-on learning activities and workshop modules.
· Adapt kits based on feedback from training sessions.
· Maintain inventory of electronic components and consumables.· Coordinate with vendors for sourcing components at optimal cost and quality.
· Track usage and replenishment requirements.
· Assist trainers during workshops in explaining kit setup and usage.
· Support teacher training sessions with demonstrations of kit functionality.
· Create user manuals, setup guides, and safety instructions.
· Design standardized packaging for kits to ensure durability and ease of use.
· Label components and organize kits for efficient classroom deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
· Strong understanding of basic electronics, circuits, coding and embedded systems.
· Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi (preferred).
· Ability to solder, prototype, and troubleshoot circuits.
· Very good communication and presentation skills
· Good documentation and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
