Position: Inside Sales Executive/Specialist
Location: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Roles & Responsibilities
● Connect with leads and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. ● Explain The EleFant’s membership plans, toy subscription model, and benefits to potential customers.
● Convert inquiries into paid memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
● Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and nurture customer relationships.
● Coordinate with customer support and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
● Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
● Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans accordingly. Requirements
1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Engagement.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
● Experience in EdTech, Subscription, D2C, or Parenting industry will be an added advantage. What We Offer
