We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for both brands under Mastra Media LLP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, performance tracking, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
* Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven decisions
* Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
* Track key metrics and prepare performance reports
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
* Experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Ability to manage budgets and achieve performance targets
Compensation:
* Salary: ₹40,000 per month
