- Welding & Fabrication: Operate MIG, TIG, Stick, and gas welding equipment to join metal parts, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to plan layouts and dimensions.
- Cutting & Preparation: Cut, burn, and gouge metal components using plasma cutters, torches, or saws.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test welds for compliance with specifications using measuring instruments.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair welding machines, tools, and accessories.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations, including using protective gear (helmets, gloves, shields) to prevent injury.
