Job Summary:
We are hiring a Tamil Speaking Recruiter for car washing staff recruitment operations across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring car washing staff, completing recruitment targets within deadlines, collecting security deposits and documents, and coordinating employee onboarding.
This is a target-based recruitment role requiring strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring car washing staff across Tamil Nadu
- Conducting telephonic screening and recruitment interviews in Tamil
- Completing hiring targets within the assigned deadline
- Coordinating joining and onboarding process
- Collecting ₹5,000 security deposit from candidates
- Collecting and verifying security documents from employees
- Receiving candidate documents including ID proof and other required documents
- Maintaining proper recruitment and payment records
- Coordinating with HR and Operations team
- Following up with candidates until joining completion
- Submitting daily hiring reports and updates
Kit Details:
- Normal Kit: ₹15,000
- Polishing Kit: ₹25,000
- Initial Security Deposit Collection: ₹5,000
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
- Experience in recruitment, telecalling, or staffing preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to achieve recruitment targets
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Salary & Incentives:

Working Hours:
- 08:45 AM to 05:30 PM
- One day week off
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment
- Telecalling or field recruitment background
