Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing
- Help execute audience growth strategies from 0 to scale
- Research and test organic growth channels
- Support referral campaigns and partnership opportunities
- Track growth metrics and weekly performance
Newsletter Marketing
- Manage TechTvarit’s newsletter on Beehiiv / ConvertKit
- Assist in writing and scheduling weekly newsletters
- Improve open rates, click rates, and subscriber growth
- Research newsletter growth strategies
Social Media Marketing
- Convert articles and videos into:
- LinkedIn posts
- Twitter/X threads
- Instagram Reels
- Carousels
- Manage daily content distribution
- Engage with startup and tech communities
- Analyze performance and improve content strategy
Community Management
- Help build TechTvarit’s early community on Discord / WhatsApp
- Reach out to founders, PMs, engineers, creators, and VCs
- Support virtual events, AMAs, and expert sessions
- Build strong community engagement
Content & Market Research
- Research newsletters, creators, and media brands
- Analyze competitor strategies
- Track startup, AI, and tech ecosystem trends
- Share weekly insights with the team
Who Should Apply?

You may be:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Journalism, Media, Marketing, MBA, Engineering OR Someone with 0–1 years experience who has already created something independentlyExamples:
