Job Summary
We are looking for a Core Electrical Engineer – Site with 2–5 years of relevant experience in managing electrical works associated with civil construction and infrastructure projects.
The candidate will be responsible for site-level electrical execution, coordination with civil teams and contractors, supervision of electrical works, and ensuring that all activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day electrical works at the project site.
- Coordinate electrical activities with civil construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Monitor electrical installation and execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise electrical contractors, subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure proper installation of electrical systems, wiring, conduits, panels, cable trays and related works.
- Coordinate with civil teams for electrical provisions, sleeves, conduits, openings, foundations and other interface requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned electrical activities.
- Inspect completed electrical work and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Identify site issues, technical problems and execution gaps and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports and material requirements.
- Check availability and proper utilization of electrical materials at site.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project management teams as required.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Support testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Report project progress, delays, material requirements and technical issues to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical site execution.
- Experience working on civil construction / industrial / infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and site coordination.
- Experience in handling electrical contractors and manpower.
- Knowledge of electrical installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at the project site.
- Strong focus on quality, safety and timely execution.
Candidate Profile
- Should be a Core Electrical Engineer with hands-on site execution experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
